- Written report to British Standards PAS 79, within 24 hours of the visit.
- Priced on floors, units and complexity — never on a call-out clock.
- Fixed price confirmed in writing before we book the survey.
Estimates are guide bands, not a quotation. Unusual layouts, sprinklers, plant rooms or heritage fabric can move the figure either way.
Background
How we price an assessment
Price follows the work, not the postcode. An assessor spends longer in a six-storey block with a commercial ground floor and a single stair than in a two-storey converted house, so the fee reflects storeys, units, floor area and how much of the building has to be opened up or evidenced.
Our fees always include the survey, the written report to British Standards PAS 79 with a prioritised action plan, and a call afterwards to walk you through the findings. There is no charge for the quote, no travel surcharge inside London, and no separate fee for the action plan.
If you manage several buildings, tell us the portfolio size. One mobilisation covering several addresses is cheaper per property, and the reports arrive in a consistent format that is far easier to hand to an insurer, lender or licensing team.
