Can all of these really be done in one visit?

On most buildings, yes. Our assessors attend together and split the site. Very large premises, live commercial floors or restricted plant rooms occasionally need two days, and we say so when we quote rather than on the day.

How much does a package save?

The package rate always sits below the same services bought individually, because one journey, one set-up and one reporting cycle covers all of it. We show you both figures when we quote so the saving is visible.

Who carries out the work?

Our own IFSM-registered fire assessors, asbestos surveyors and health and safety consultants. Energy work — EPCs, SAP and Part L — is delivered by Team EPC, our sister brand, owned and run by Awais Sarwar, who also leads our fire work.

Can you build a package that isn't listed?
