Outside Greater London
A large share of our portfolio work sits just beyond the M25 boundary, where London managing agents hold stock in the commuter belt. We cover it with the same assessors and the same reporting standard.

Why local knowledge changes the report
London is not one building stock, it is dozens. A 1930s mansion block in Westminster, a 1960s deck-access estate in Southwark, a Victorian terrace subdivided into six lettings in Newham and a new-build tower in Tower Hamlets each fail in different, predictable ways. Knowing which borough runs additional HMO licensing, which housing teams inspect alongside the fire service, and which estates have recurring bin-store and e-bike charging problems means we arrive already knowing where to look — and the action plan you receive reflects what your local authority will actually ask about.
