Yes. We assess buildings in every London borough and the City of London. The boroughs listed on this page are simply the ones we work in most often, so they have dedicated pages with local housing stock and licensing detail.

Is there a travel charge outside London?

No travel charge within our stated coverage area of Greater London, Essex, Kent, Surrey and Hertfordshire. For sites further out we will tell you at quote stage whether a mobilisation cost applies.

How quickly can you attend?

Most London instructions are surveyed within 48 hours and the written report follows within 24 hours of the survey. Urgent enforcement or licensing deadlines can usually be accommodated the next working day.

Can you assess a portfolio spread across several boroughs?

Yes, and it is one of the things we do best. We route surveys geographically, apply one consistent report format across every asset, and deliver a single consolidated schedule and invoice.

Do borough rules actually differ?

Materially, yes. Additional and selective HMO licensing schemes, the conditions attached to those licences, and local enforcement priorities vary between boroughs. Our borough pages set out what each authority tends to focus on.

Why local knowledge changes the report
